Ir. H. Juanda Kel. Pahoman Kec. Teluk Betung Utara Kota Bandar Lampung, anggota Korem 043\/Gatam melaksanakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Periodik Semester II Ta. 2022. Senin (24\/10\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>Tes Garjas periodik merupakan program rutin bagi tiap prajurit,yang dilaksanakan untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan pembinaan fisik selama kurun waktu tertentu dan dilaksanakan secara rutin.<\/p>\n<p>Tes Garjas Periodik tersebut meliputi tes kesegaran \u201cA\u201d yaitu lari 12 menit dan tes kesegaran \u201cB\u201d Pull Up, Sit Up Twist, Push Up, Lunges, Shuttle Run, serta renang gaya bebas jarak 50 meter.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun Anggota yang mengikuti Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Periodik Semester II Tahun 2022, meliputi Anggota Korem 043\/Gatam, Denhubrem 043\/Gatam, dan Denpom II\/3 Lampung.<\/p>\n<p>Dikesempatan tersebut Pgs. Kajasrem 043\/Gatam Letda Inf Eka Suhendi menyampaikan kepada seluruh peserta yang akan melaksanakan kesegaran Jasmani Periodik Semester II Ta. 2022, \u201c Perhatikan faktor keamanan saat pelaksanaan kesegaran jasmani, jika fisik tidak mampu tidak usah di paksakan \u201c,<\/p>\n<p>\u201c Laksanakan kegiatan dengan sebaik \u2013 baiknya, ikuti arahan dari petugas Kesehatan maupun Tim Jasrem, semoga kita semua diberikan kesehatan dan keselamatan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Samapta ini \u201c, ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum melaksanakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani seluruh anggota wajib melaksanakan Tensi oleh tim Kesehatan dari Denkesyah Lampung, apabila dinyatakan layak oleh tim kesehatan baru anggota bisa melaksanakan Tes kesegaran Jasmani.<\/p>\n<p>Turut hadir dan mengikuti kegitan tersebut Para Kasi Kasrem 043\/Gatam, Dandenpom II\/3 Lampung Letkol Cpm Ika Budaya, S.H, Dandenhub Korem 043\/Gatam, Danden Zibang Letkol, Para Pasi Korem 043\/Gatam, dan pengawas dari Jasdam II\/Swj Mayor Inf E Sinaga.
