Kegiatan ini mengusung tema Energy with Compassion PLN and Customers Growing Together, yang menegaskan komitmen PLN dalam membangun hubungan yang semakin kuat dengan pelanggan sebagai mitra dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Manager Niaga Dan Manajemen Pelanggan PLN UID Lampung, Heru Purwoko, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan wujud nyata komitmen PLN dalam memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan strategis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPLN terus bertransformasi menjadi perusahaan yang berorientasi pada pelanggan dengan mengedepankan pelayanan yang andal, responsif, dan berbasis digital. Melalui kegiatan Customer Engagement ini, kami ingin memastikan bahwa setiap kebutuhan pelanggan dapat terpenuhi dengan solusi yang tepat, sekaligus memperkuat kolaborasi dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung,\u201d ujar Heru.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan bahwa ke depan PLN tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyedia listrik, tetapi juga sebagai mitra strategis pelanggan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPLN berkomitmen menghadirkan energi yang berkelanjutan, efisien, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha dan peningkatan kualitas layanan bagi pelanggan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Manager UP3 Tanjungkarang, Presly Silaen menyampaikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada para pelanggan yang selama ini telah menjadi mitra strategis PLN.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPLN mengucapkan terima kasih atas kepercayaan dan dukungan para pelanggan yang telah bersama-sama menjadi bagian dari perjalanan kami. PLN berharap sinergi yang telah terjalin ini dapat terus ditingkatkan guna mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi serta pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat,\u201d ujar Presly.<\/p>\n<p>Pada kesempatan tersebut, Presly juga memaparkan berbagai produk dan layanan unggulan PLN, termasuk mengajak para pelanggan untuk semakin memanfaatkan aplikasi PLN Mobile. Melalui aplikasi ini, pelanggan dapat melakukan berbagai transaksi secara mudah seperti pembayaran tagihan listrik, pengajuan layanan kelistrikan, hingga memanfaatkan berbagai fitur layanan digital PLN secara cepat dan praktis serta dalam kegiatan Customer Engagement ini PLN juga melaksanakan penandatanganan Surat Perjanjian Jual Beli Tenaga Listrik (SPJBTL) dengan tiga pelanggan Tegangan Menengah Potensial. Penandatanganan ini menjadi bentuk komitmen PLN dalam mendukung kebutuhan energi pelanggan sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan sektor usaha di wilayah Lampung.<\/p>\n<p>RSUD Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung melalui perwakilannya, dr. Yulita Tricia, MKM, turut memberikan apresiasi atas layanan PLN dalam mendukung kebutuhan penambahan daya listrik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sangat mengapresiasi dukungan PLN dalam proses penambahan daya listrik di RSUD Tjokrodipo. Seluruh proses berjalan dengan sangat cepat, responsif, dan profesional sehingga kebutuhan operasional rumah sakit dapat terpenuhi tanpa kendala,\u201d ungkap Yulita.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, ia berharap sinergi yang telah terjalin dapat terus ditingkatkan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami berharap kolaborasi antara PLN dan RSUD Tjokrodipo dapat terus berlanjut sehingga pelayanan kepada masyarakat dapat berjalan optimal dengan dukungan kelistrikan yang andal dan berkelanjutan,\u201d tutup Yulita.<\/p>\n<p>Melalui kegiatan Customer Engagement ini, PLN berharap hubungan yang harmonis dengan pelanggan dapat terus terjaga serta semakin memperkuat kolaborasi dalam mewujudkan layanan kelistrikan yang andal, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat.
